Chapter 3: Negativity

To live life, you will experience what are considered feelings of negativity. History teaches us that our greatest leaders have displayed pessimistic emotions at times.

Negative emotions become devastating only when expressed in a destructive manner. It is natural to on occasion be jealous, experience jealousy of another, eat too much when you are not hungry, be fearful of the unknown, be overzealous in self praise or extravagant in spending When negative emotions are acted out on a consistent basis with disregard for others, they are dangerous.

Too often we judge people by the way they conduct themselves. We say others are poor mannered, angry, ignorant, and selfish. People have endless
complaints against each other.

Topics in this chapter include sins, depression, greed, negativity, anger, fear, toxicity, pity and stress and specific instructions will be given at the end of the chapter on removal of negativity in your life.
